separate planned order

Hi Gurus,

In my cycle I have 03 operation line.Each line have same output.

I want to put demand in md61 for each line & system should create separate planned order for separate.Material number for each line is same & raw material also.

Same plant.

Pls guide me how I should create BOM, routing & Md61

Dear

See first of MRP will plan according to your master data and the availability of material so when u create a bom level by level at that time u need to make sure that these material having a significance of MRP and look whether these materials have maintained MRP 1234 in material master after that

1. Create a BOM according to the process suppose for first operation u get one product say SFG A 2nd operation u Get SFG B

so make BOM such a way that it should be linked with i mean level by level as per operation

SFG B>>>> SFG A like SFG B under SFG A so on

2. Then routing according to the Header u create routing SFG B >>>> SFG A and allocate the components

3.Then save

when u run MRP MD02 after giving the requirements for the header material MD61 u get the planned orders complete for all the materials but make sure the stock if stock is there it wont plan

Thanks for ur reply.

I got UR points but this is not my requirement.

My points is that

I have MTS production strategy 40.

I have 03 production line & each line same out put & same input.

Inside FG bom I have 05 raw material(simple BOM)

For the 03 lines how should I create 03 separate planned order??? through MD61

So pls explain a cycle for this?

Dear XXX,

1.You can create 3 different production versions by linking the respective BOM and routing.

2.Set the value - 4 in MRP2 view for the field quota arrangement for the header material.

3.Maintain the quota for this product in T.Code MEQ1 by mentioning the % of split for each production version say for example

33,33,34.(also ensure splittiang Quota check box in OMI4 is included for the lot size that's aaigned inthe material master of the

product).

4.Maintain the PIR's in MD61,run MRP and check the results.
