EhP4/5 Performance Management - Few Questions!

Dear Expert,

Could you please help me with following questions related to EhP4/5 Performance Management/OSA

u2022 are they any SAP Standard BI extractor available for EhP4/5 OSA/PMS? Where can I find more information?

u2022 Appraiser Selection u2013 2 level above the Org Unitu2019s Manager is appraiser. The SAP standard is, the Employeeu2019s Org Unit Manager is appraiser but in my case 2 level above the Employeeu2019s Org Unitu2019s Manager is appraiser.

u2022 What is the character limitation for u2018Noteu2019 function? Is there any character limitation for employee free text input?

u2022 Technology and approach for Frontend development to display the graphical chart in Web and Mobile. We need to develop some chart and display it in Web and Mobile.

u2022 Appraiser Selection u2013 2 level above the Org Unitu2019s Manager is appraiser. The SAP standard is, the Employeeu2019s Org Unit Manager is appraiser but in my case 2 level above the Employeeu2019s Org Unitu2019s Manager is appraiser.:It can either be done manually by inputting the manager or you can use the BADI HRHAP00_DOC_DEF_D1 to default the manager as per your requirement

Hi Sushil,

I've checked 'Note' free text input in backend and seems like there is no limit.
