I want to make a partial scroll bar of Matrix.
The scroll bar extends from middle of matrix to the right end of it.
The scroll bar may look like the horizontal one in Forecast form in SAP B1.
Is it possible to make such a scroll bar?

What is your goal to have this partial scroll bar? A scroll bar by default should be full. That is a common object to move from one end to the other.

I need a partial scroll bar because some base columns have to be fixed and always be displayed.
And other many columns need to be moved by scroll bar.
It is the same as the horizontal one in Forecast Form in SAP B1.
You may need to split the matrix so that sound like in one but actually two to achieve the result.
