BOE user support tickets


Hi Experts,

we are on BOE XI 3.1 SP3 , just wondering can we integrate BOE to Solution manager so that users will be rising support tickets from infoview through solution manager, or is there any way in general from BOE infoview where users can rise tickets whenever they face any issues with reports.

I was reviewing these OSS notes 1507629,1357901 from previuos threads, but they are more on RCA.

Any inputs is higly appreciated.
