Showing fields with formatted searches

Hi Experts,

Having just upgraded to 8.81 I would like to have a tidy of some formatted searches. Is it possible using a query to show fields in SAP documents which have a formatted search in them? This way I can go through the result set and decided whether it is still necessary or not and will prevent problems in the next stage which is to delete no long required UDFs.

thanks

Geoff

    Hello,

SELECT CSHS.FormID "SAP Form ID", CSHS.ItemID "USER Defined Column Name", OUQR.QName "Query Name", OUQR.QString "Query"
    FROM CSHS INNER JOIN
                          OUQR ON CSHS.QueryId = OUQR.IntrnalKey

this query list out all UDFs which have FMS.

One more think i want to discuss before remove the UDF take a backup of live database ,and if you find later that you removed some usefull UDF then restore last backup in other company name and make a UDF and import all UDF vale in Live server.

May it will help you take your decision.

    Thanks

    Hi Geoff,

You can run a simple query:

    SELECT * FROM CSHS

    Thanks,

    Gordon
