Hi,
I have maintained condition records but it is not getting triggered,
and in analysis button it is showing as intialisation has not made
but even though i have intialised the condition tables
Dear nashpalle,
As our friend said it will happen by many reasons ,please find the fallowing suggestions to fix your issue.
1. First check the validity periods of condition tables.
2. The error seems to be the problem in maintainance if access sequence(V/07) .If you have defined your own condition tables and own access sequences check in v/07 wether the condition tables have been released for pricing purpose.
(Go to v/07->select your access sequence->click on accesses->select your condition table->click on the fields in dialog box. Then you will get the release status green in color) .
If you didn't do this try to do.
Let me know the status.
Thanks&Regards

Validity periods are from today to 31.12.9999
i have intialised the fields which appered as green color and released status
and also assigned it to my condition type n again created new condition records
even though carried out new pricing procedure its not triggering
in analysis button its showing as ACCESS NOT MADE (INTIALISED FIELD)
You can do some few things:
- In addition to that your this Item condtion type whether header condition type is active. If yes then remove it.
- Whether in pricing procedure manual indicator is active aganist the condition type. If yes then remove it.
- Futher, take the help of an ABAper in your team.
Check whether any enhanement is done by using user exit or routine in pricing procedure against the condition type is used.

AS intialization is not made, check whether you have assigned your access sequence to your condition types in your pricing procedure..
check pricing procedure determination properly .
Also check whether u have activated different fields in your access sequence, by ticking each line n then the fields.

Check the condition record valid from date and your document date
if you trying to work on old document then goto conditions, and click on Update pricing and select option B carry out new pricing

There are many reasons for not being triggered in sales order, conditions:
1) Check in pricing procedure 16 steps (v/08)if you have ticked manual entry has priority, uncheck it.
2) always tick condition update, index in Condition type settings (v/06), the one which helps in updating the price and fetching from condition records.
3) Check for the field selection while maintaining condition record (VK11)
Eg: if there are 2 field selections a) customer / material, b) Sales office / sales group.
If you maintain condition record for b one and while raising sales order u don't enter sales office, sales groupp your price will not be called from condition record.
Try these, problem will be resolved...
