How to choose language in crystal report

I have a report in English language. How should i change to multi language what ever end user is preferring.

From CR 2008 and above click on the View menu option and select Locals using the bottom 2 options.

No, it was introduced in CR 2008.

If you have a developer available others have used a UFL ( User Function Library ) to do the string replacement through a formula. If not, and there may be other ways, you would have to have one for each language.

to add to Don's suggestion, you can also use Custom Functions for translation.
