Hi All

When we use infotype appraisals (0025), there are 3 distinct tabs for appraisals :

Objective setting & appraisals (Open)

Objective setting & appraisals (Received)

Objective setting & appraisals (Created)

what is the difference in these 3 tabs ? how do we use these ?

Hi,

We use infotype 0025 to upload the appraisals.

we dont maintain it manually.

the three statuses denote the phases of appraisals.

Thanks for the response.

In the Uploading, Do we need to be in a Personnel Number(Sub-Ordinate) whose appraisal is being done, or is it from the Supervisor's Personnel Number.
