Warning message for performing action while vacation

Dear Experts, hi!

Sorry for disturbing, this is the first time I'm going to post a message here.

Could you please advise me on the following question: my business is asking me, whether it is possible to create any kind of warning message during Transfer/Promotion and End of Employment actions, performed for those employees, who on the date of these actions are in any type of vacation, e.i. they have a record in IT 2001 (absences). The point is that in accordance to our legislation we have no right to "move" employee in the period, when he has vacations.

But sometimes our HR specialists forget, that they have previously created vacation for employee (or just forgot to check IT 2001 before performing action), and do for them transfer/promotion action within period of vacation. System does not issue any warning on it. We would like to have such.

What can be an obstacle is that according to our SAP lanscape we have two HR boxes: global one (where we perform action first) and regional one (where we continue the action). So IT 2001 is being maintaned only in regional box, and it does not replicate to the global box, where actually action is being started.

Hope, I managed to clear express my point.
