Trying to access Runtime Tools but getting attached error with invalid hana token. Any ideas?

Apologies for the late reply. I didn't manage to fix the issue apart from freshly installing 2.0 instead of an upgrade, see Thomas' reply below maybe it can help you.

We couldn't fix this problem, even after a new installation. A incident was opened but until now without any solution.

a short update, we tried it with a new installation, but have the same behavior again. I was opening up a incident and now we are still waiting...

I was also looking to this link you posted, but can't see any issues with websockets in our case.
