Hi Experts,
I have one scenario, where employee gets 1day paid leave for every 15days for first 240 days worked in a financial year and 1 day paid leave for every 10 days for beyond 240 days worked. And employee is eligible to take this PLs only in next financial year.
If employee work days are less than 219 days, then he is not eligible for PL.
Kindly, let me know how to handle above scenarios.
