Order conformation

Hello,

I am Facing a problem while doing the order conformation process. The system is not making any movement while doing the conformation . but i can see the reservation documents but stock not getting reduced and also actual cost is not updating in the concern order. Normally system used to generate warrning message if we set the setting for that even thats too not showing but its saving .

Can any one help me

Dear Ashwin,

For automatic goods movement in the back ground while making order confirmation - you have to do set the back flush indicator either in the order or in the material master. Pl check & revert back in case of problem

Dear SHAKTI BEHERA ,

I have set the black flsh indicator in the service order . The reservation is taking place for that material and the document is copied automaticall in to the conformation window under goods Movement. The system shows the quqntity is not conformed . I am not getting any error message and material is not reducing from the inventory. So am i missing any configuration .

Thank You all for the wonderfull support. the problem was with the Bapi (Conformation) and we are changed so now its working fine .

Hi,

Try to replicate this material movement on TCODE MB1A or MIGO and review if the material quantity is updated. You can also review TCODE COGI to review what material movement failed

check the config - plant maintenance and customer service - maintenance service processing - completion confirmations - Define Control Parameters for Completion Confirmations- Material movement - All components ( Check Mark )

Dear Ashwin

After saving of confirmation you shall get the message confirmation is served & godds movement 0 failed 1. or goods movement 1 , failed 0 if it is successful. Please check that you are getting every information under the goods movement tab such as material qty, plant storage location, requirement qty, commited qty, order no & reservation no. Another point pl check the setting for logs & error handling in the parameter tab in the IW 41 confirmation screen. Pl check the check boxes for termination if incorrect goods movement & termination if actual cost. Also check the T code COGI for error in goods movement.
