Is period 13 can be used in sap b1 2005b

i am on sapb1 2005b and want to configure period 13 in system ,so my question is:

can i do it in Indian scenario if yes than how.

I don't know about 2005B SAP Version functionality but refer this link may it will help you.

This functionality start with 2007.
