To create Rule group for a Key figure

HI Experts,

I have a key figure X in SAP BW 3.5 update rule where mapping has routines written for time characteristics say fiscal year and fiscal period .For rest of Keyfigures those routines for time characteristcis are not applicable.

I want to do the same in transformation SAP BI 7 Version where I have to mapp target Keyfigure X by adding Routines for Fiscla year and Period .For rest of keyfigures routines are not applicable. I was asked to create Rule Group for that Keyfigure .

I need some guidance to do this step.Can you pls help me in this urgent.
