Field Mandatory for MB1B

Dear Gurus,

1.i have made MATERIAL SLIP & DOC> HEADER TEXT field mandatory in MB1b,

i want this fields mandatory only for MOV Type 311 or these field should be mandatory in MB1B Transaction only.

2. in Report text field GOITEM-SGTXT is not coming in selection criteria ,can we add this?

Kindly resolve this issue.

    Hi,

    1.To make MATERIAL SLIP & DOC> HEADER TEXT field mandatory ifor MOV Type 311, go to spro, mm, im, settings for goods movement , field selection per movement type.

    2. To add field GOITEM-SGTXT in Report go with bdi MB_MIGO_BADI. Hope it works. Thanking you.

      Hi siva,

      For your 1st Issue what was told earlier that was right.But for your second issue u can apply on standard setting. First go to SPRO->MM->InventoryMgmt & PI->Reporting->Define Field selection for material document list.Their you check SGTXT is available or not . If not then create a New Entry with Program RM07DOCS,MSEG,SGTXT and tick two check box.

      So in your MB51 Screen this field will appear,,,,,,,,,,

    Dear sir,

    for first part please give me the exact path,

    these fields (Material slip MTSNR

    Doc header text BKTXT) are missing in list if i am trying to add the system is giving the below error

    Field BKTXT is not allowed for transaction type 344

    Message no. CZ287
