I would like to know the standard way ISA is integrated into Portal in a B2C scenario where a customer self registers himself on the Portal and then SSOs to ISA. Will the Portal User ID have to be something cryptic like the SU01 User ID ISA creates on the backend CRM server or is there anyway we can use the friendly alias? The biggest problem we are facing is figuring out how to authenticate SAP Portal using the Alias field of SU01 ISA user instead of the SU01 User ID and still be able to perform SSO to ISA.
Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.
I would really love to hear from people who have worked on integrating SAP Portal with ISA (Internet Sales).
Thanks,
Krishna
