How to delete orders

Hi Folks,

17 days to go for X-Mas 😊

My issue is like this : I need to delete few TLB shipments/orders in APO which didn't get confirmed due to 'missing transfer pricing'.

Order Number : 000AAAAA, 000BBBBB, 000CCCCC

Cat text :ConRel

Each of these orders consists of multiple products items (finished goods) inside them.

These orders are visible in APO - TLB interactive planning book for this particlar t-lane : source loc : 9000 to dest loc: 8000

However these can't be deleted directly in TLB interactive planning; on selecting the order row & clicking on deletion icon (bin) it pops the message 'Orders in OLTP system, can't be deleted"

So I next tried doing a CCR for the Integration Model which features these plants, with the settings fixed for Pur.Rqs & PO's.

But unfortunately these orders are not getting shown there. Why are these not shown under 'Missing in R3 without external key"-- this is the header under which these missing orders should have popped up, right?

My further querrie are

1) Can these orders exist only in APO & still not show in CCR?

2) Can these be deleted inetractively? Or is RLCDEL the only way to delete these?

Many Regards

As per my undertanding to your issue, the orders are already in ECC system as purchase orders.

There's no inconsistency between APO and ECC, so CCR report detects nothing.

You cannot delete purchase order in APO. You'll have to go to ECC side to do this.

    Best Regards,

      Hi Kumar

Can you please check if the POs are not in the past. Under standard settings, MDO4 does not show orders in the past whilst the product view/planning book in APO does.

also in case believe that this is an inconsistency issue between APO and R/3 or live cache consistency you can try and execute consistency jobs.

lastly, since you will not be able to delete the order in APO, you want to execute the /SAPAPO/OM_DELETE_INCON_ORDERS report.

For more information, you can check the thread below

      hope this helps
