Release stragtey is created using field KTWRT but there are purchase order in which there is no budget/funds management active.

will those PO can get block if the field is KTWRT as one of the critera.

Also I would like to know which field in Purchase order carries the value for KTWRT.

KTWRT is the field referring to total price value of the PO. This is the Net price field at header level.

so any PO in which funds management / budget management is not active will still go for release if the total value falls in the critera of approval.

If while defining characteristic the value is blank, and in document it has any value (vice-versa) than it would fall in the criteria of approval.

If you do not wish to restrict a characteristic, delete it from the release class.

    Hi,

When you define the attributes of the characteristics, that is which field values in which field result in the determination of a certain release strategy, if KTWRT has some value here then in document also the field must not be empty.

    Hope this helps!
