I have upgraded my client system from B1 9.1 PL6 (Hana) to B1 9.2 PL3(hana), all DBs and application are successfully upgraded except One Database on which upgrade process stop on OUSR table.

I have resolved the issue by contacting SAP the Solution provided is as follow
We need need to delete "OUSR_TEMP" and run DB upgrade again, DB will be upgraded successfully.
