Tracking Number not displayed in B2B sales order line item in ERP E-commerc

Hi All,

I did all the necessary configuration in ECC as per the Best Practices and also tuned on the webshop setting 'No Tracking with Express Delivery Compaies (XSI)' on the transactions tab. But I am not able to get the tracking number at the B2B sales order

line item level in ERP E-commerce. Please let me know the possible reasons and solutions for this proble.
