Error message F5567: Period xx is not allowed when trying to post an ID

Hi all,

I have problems, when the user is trying to post an inbound delivery he rceives the error message "Period 12 is not allowed" however he is trying to post it with all dates of november, I have checked OB52 and MMPV and it is ok, both periods open.

Any ideas?

The error message F5567 is a Fiance error message, maybe you can get help from your finance collegues.

What did you see in the message detail?

Usually SAP tells you there which period it had calculated.

Maybe you are effected by a change of the fiscal year. More details can be found in OSS note Note 672255 - Shortened fiscal year/changing fiscal

Have you run AFAB for period 12? What error did you get if any?

Sorry, I forgot to mentioned this error message is when I try to post and Inbound delivery VL31N from MM.

But the user told me he received it also from the MIGO.

Open the Fianancial period from OB52 ask your IF team they may help you...

Check the inbound delivery delivery date and GR date.I think these dates are not sink with your periods.You can see these dates in VL32N transaction.Change the dates then system should allow GR.
