work schedule differentiation

Hello Experts

I have a scenario. Help me finding a solution

Suppose there are 10 employees in a department, who works under a same work schedule i.e. same timing, breaks etc.

Normal work schedule mon-fri (sat & sun is considered off).

1 Saturday is considered working day for employees 1-5 and employees from 6-10 are considered OFF for that Saturday and vice versa. (i.e. the Saturday employees 6-10 are on work, other employees 1-5 are OFF)

Any suggestion to tackle with the scenario?
