Maintaining exchange rates separately in SAP BW

Hi All,

I need to have currency exchange rate maintained exclusively in BW between USD -> RUB. We dont get exchange rates getting populated from ECC between USD -> EUR at TCURR . So this has to be maintained for exchange rate type : M. Any ideas or possibilities in fulfilling this requirement.

I understand for M type I need to maintain the rate monthly once on every first day of the month.
