Issue in Time Evaluation

I am facing an issue in Time evaluation when PA2006 is getting updated.

Issue is, when RPTIME00 is run, its updating the Absence type code (4-digit) instead of Absence quota type code (2-digit) in Subtype field (SUBTY) of PA2006 but the Absence quota field (KTART) is updated with correct Absence quota type code.

All configurations related to this absence type and absence quota are fine and schema is also fine.

Can anyone please tell me whatelse needs to be checked and changed to resolve this issue.

Thanks in Advance!

      Hi Brad,

Absence type code is 6201 and Absence Quota Type code is 49.

When RPTIME00 is run, in IT2006 record should be created with Subtype field (SUBTY) value 49 and Absence Quota type field value (KTART) value 49 which is correct.

But issue is IT2006 record is created with Subtype value as 6201 instead of 49 which is wrong where as KTART field is correctly updated with value 49.

In PA30 Abs Qta 49 is correctly visible in IT2006, but when I check in PA2006 table SUBTY field value is updated with 6201 instead of 49.

I am not sure how it is getting updated this way. I have checked all configurations and PCRs related to this Absence type and Quota which are found correct.

      BR, Yogitha
