Can fields in the XML Forms be accessible role based?

Hello,

I have just started to work on XML Form Builder tool.

I would appreciate if you please let me know whether I can have a field which woule be visible or accesible depending upon roles?

Example:

Considering there is one XML form existing which captures some data.

When a clerk access this form, he views/accesses 4 fields.

When his manager access this same form, the views/accesses 8 fields and so on.

If not hide fields, is it possible to make few fields disabled roles based?

To explain this, consider the above example. Here, the clerk would be able to view all exising fields but only access or work on 4 fields (that are enabled as per his role).

I would really appreciate if you please help me resolve this query.
