Hi,
I upgraded a BPC 10 NW SP2 platform to SP4 and everything looks all right with SPAM transaction.
While connecting to BPC web, the flex client starts but freezes on the BPC splash windows.
I did the same operation on another platform (same config) and everything looks fine...
Any suggestion ?

This is a known issue that should be corrected by implementing Note 1647949 or migrating to SP05.
