Elster 2.1 Installation on PI 7.1

Dear Experts,

We need to implement SAP Elster (Electronic Tax Return for Germany) with our PI 7.1

As per SAP Note 1293294, we need to have following deployed in our Integration Respository of PI system :-

1. Curreny Version of XI Content - which is available

2. Software Component XI Content Elster 2.1 - Not able to find

3. Current Patch of XI Content SAP_APPL 600 - Not able to find

4. SCA for Java Module Elster 2.1 - Not sure what is this

Does anybody have some document containing Basis related activities to install Elster 2.1 ? Please give some ideas where to find these Add-ons/ SCAs
