Print Profit Center P&L with distribution rule

Hi all,

My customer is using Distribution rule to distribute indirect cost to different departments. Thus, dimension 1 is department that consist of Finance, Sales and Opeartion departments. They also define distribution rule, for example:

Distribution Rule A

Finance - 20%

Sales - 30%

Operation - 50%

Distribution Rule B

Finance - 40%

Sales - 20%

Opearation - 40%

If there is one expenses like Office Rental of $1000. In Journal entry, they will debit Office Rental $1000, use distribution rule A and credit Cash $1000.

If they print P&L now, if select Finance as profit center, SAP B1 standard P&L will show $0, but if select Distribution Rule A, it will reflect total amount of $1000.

Is there anyway in standard P&L report whereby when user select profit center as 'Finance', it will reflect $200 for example above? I know if go to Distribution Rule report, it will show Finance $200, Sales $300 and Operation $500 but the report layout is not in P&L format. Anyway can print Cost Center P&L report that take into consideration of distribution rule in SAP B1? Kindly advice, it doesn't matter whether is in Standard P&L template or XL Reporter. Trying to explore the possibilities to design such report in XL Reporter. Anyone can advice? Thanks in advance
