QM costing process

Hi,

Please send me QM costing procedure.

I want to calculate costing of my QM parameters (Characteristics),please explain how i can map it.

    hi,

    QM order is used to capture the cost against the QM parameters or practices .

    QL01

    QL02

    QN01

    are the following order type for collective cost , item cost and defect cost calculation.

    in quality u need to create the QM order but for this very important is the accout assignment against the QM object, when u create the Qm order.

    u need to assign that order number in Material master in concerning Inspection type.

    so whenever ur lot is created and when ever user feed the result system ask for settelment.

    and that's how ur cost booked against the quality w.r.t QM object.

      Hi Guru,

      Thanks for reply.

      My question was i want to calculate the parameter costing like my one product have 4 parameter one is any chemical second is wood third is coal forth is any powder.

      So how i can calculate my QM costing that how much chemical used for a particulate fin good or raw mat.

      ex - 1) 1 - liter chemical used its price is 100 ru

      2) 1 kg coal used price is 50 Ru

      3) etc
