Hi Experts,

I need to configure DMS for SAP HR - Training & Event Management.

While defining Object Link , I am not finding object for Training & Event Management and how to achieve that.

Should I do configuration for this

SPRO - > Cross Application ->Document Management ->Control Data ->Define Document Types

or

SPRO -> Training & Event Management -> Integration -> SAP Knowledge Provider -> Document Management Services

Please advise.

Regards,

IFF

Please be informed that SAP DMS is not at all a recommended solution for your scenario!! Hence,there are no standard objects for T&EM module in DMS. 'Archivelink' is an apt solution in your case.Please search the forum,the details have been discussed several times over.You would have to actually convince your customer in seeing the value in investing in Archivelink.Good luck!!

Hi,

Below I share some links for HR related scenario integration with SAP DMS. You can follow similar guidelines for HR training and Event Management.

http://it.toolbox.com/wiki/index.php/Upload_a_photo_in_SAP_HR

You can explore tcode OAAD to store documents.

There are few standard object types defined. You can create your own by OCA2, OCA3 tcodes...

Hope this helps.
