Hi friends,

When a sales order is created, is there any option of pop-up messsage or warning telling the concerned person to run the mrp for that sales order, or to conevrt a planned to production order.

There no such std option given by SAP. Better way is that you should scheduled the background job of MRP as required which will take care to generated the Planned order as per per requirement.

This is depend on MRP run procedure at what time u r running mrp.

I think this will be handled by mrp controller only.

But there is no any standard way to give the popup message for this case.
