EEO Report Query

Dear All

This is regarding the Certifying Official Name that appears on the EEO Report. When I try to run EEO report without specifying any personnel number in the "Selection Tab", the report gets generated and I am able to see the Certifying Official Name.

However, when I try to run the EEO report by entering a single Personnel Number, the Certifying Official Name does not appear on that report.

Could you kindly let me know if the Certifying Official Name will appear only for a set of personnel numbers and not any single Personnel Number when entered?
