"File not found on File Repository Server" Error Migrating to SAP BO BI 4.0

I installed SAP BO BI Platform 4.0 SP side-by-side with SAP BO EDGE 3.1 and ran the "Upgrade Management Tools" successfully. After upgrade was completed, all report instances changed its ownership to Administrator, When it was time to run a scheduled instance, it failed with "File c106b947ca6670.rpt not found on File Repository Server. ". After I rescheduled it, it ran ok. Is there any way to fix it rather then reschedule every instances. By the way, when I re-schedule an instance and check "Replace existing schedule" in "Replace" tab, the old one is still there and was not deleted. Please advice.

Hi Leo,

It seems that your rights were not migrated correctly and that might be the issue is creating the scheduling error messages.

Hi Leo,

Sorry, my answer was to simple. You migrated correctly the product using the appropriate tool. However, it seems that during the process some objects were not correctly migrated and some rights assigned missed. That will explain why now the owner was Administrator (usually that's the case when a user account is deleted) and the object now found when scheduled.

Are your users external users: SAP, LDAP, AD?

They are external users, WinAD. By the way, when I reschedule an instance and choose "Replace existing schedule", after clicking "Schedule" button, the existing schedule still here. And I deleted the existing manually. Any suggestion?
