Error: No active process levels have been found

Hi,

While creating SC in SRM 7, I am getting the error message as " No active process levels have been found", can some help me in fixing this error?

Please check if you have mutliple process schemas active for object type BUS2121.

Hello Krish,

The below errors comes when the system is not able to determine the approval process levels for the Business object.

In your case you are getting this error for the SC's.

Kindly configure the Workflow [ Process controlled workflow(preffered from SRM70 onwards ) or Application controlled workflow ] as per you requirements.

You can find the relevant configuration guides and info at the below mentioned location :

Navigate to 1) SAP SRM -- SAP SRM Server 7.0 -- Workflow Guide - SAP SRM 7.0 (in the right hand side panel)

2) SAP SRM -- SAP SRM Server 7.0 -- Configuration Guides for SAP SRM 7.0 .

By default the process controlled workflow comes active. You need to configure the same to resolve the error here.
