Language Link in Login Page

Hello Expert,

I got one requirement saying need to enhance the usability to end use regarding language selection.

As of now in my application language selection happens only in user profile perspective.. like if you want to change language usage for a user we need to go to his user account and change "Display Language" field to specific language.

But now client asking to provide language change facility in the login page instead of user account so whatever language user want he can click on the link and login so the he can see the screen in that language.

Kindly advice me how can we achieve this requirement.
