SLA completion - not working.

HI all

I have configured SLA for SLFN transactions.

Everything worked fine...

a couple weeks ago in SLFN Start customer requirement and End customer requirement, stoped to calculate actual dates

there is always

Start customer requirement = 04.01.0001

End customer requirement = 07.01.0001

I think this cause the trouble with SLA too

didn't find solution yet...

Don't know how, but date field Todo by - COMPLETION not working. If i choose COMPLETION only else are calculating...

Found what's was problem.

In COMMPR01 service product Base Unit of Measure = HOUR.

SLA are not calculating dates if i set in tcode CRMD_SERV_SLA time unit to DAY

But if i change DAY to Hour. Dates are calculating ...

Any Ideias ?
