Hello,

for a decommissioning of the audit system in PLM a have a question and I hope somewhere is able to help me.

How I am able to delete audits?

I set the deletion flag in the audit header (question lists and documents are already deleted)

and press the Delete Button. I get the Error message "Physically Delete" is not allowed.

Thank you for help,

Mike

Hi,

Audits can only be physically deleted when they are in Being Created status. You can no longer delete audits after you release them, even if the release is taken back. You can archive audit components which are flagged for deletion to avoid access to them.
