Income Tax Issue

Hi All,

This project is implementation Project.

Here we are running pay roll for the month april 2011 to dec 2011 to match the payment done by the client to their employee.

In jan client will go live.

1. For some employee client has not deducted income tax. But system is deducting Income Tax. To Control this I proposed my client to provide me the investment detials so that system will not calculate Income Tax.

But to match the data for month of April to Dec Client wants the Income Tax should be zero for some employees. from jan onwards they will provide investment details.

How to do this.

2. For some particular employee Client has deducted some extra amount . Lets say one employee is liable to pay Income tax12,000 but client has deducted 13,000. To match this i have created a voluntary tax deduction by this we matched for april 2011. this 1000 rs extra should be adjusted for rest of the financial year. How ti do this.
