Customize S_AL0_96000738 and S_P9C_18000044

Hello all,

I have an issue regarding a vendor which has 2 VAT registration numbers.

This vendor is from Portugal and we have in his master data: a DE vat registration Nbre as main data and the PT vat registration Nbre in Option Other.

How can I customize the 2 reports S_AL0_96000738 and S_P9C_18000044 in order to have the PT vat registration Number in their outputs?

Thanks in advance,

Soumaya

    Hi Soumaya,

Could you let me know if the report should be pulling document type ZP,

Logically, we can exclude document types using the variant, however, could you let me know if the revenue gets recognized at the time of invoice generation or payment, If the tax liability arises as per Portugal or EU GAAP at the time of payment, then document type ZP HAS to included in the report.

To add to that the total Invoice amounts is getting picked instead of only withholding tax amount to be reported to Portugal authorities. Let me know the purpose of the report, is it intended to pull total amounts or net tax amount only?

To answer your question, contact your ABAP team with tables, they will customize the report.

    Thanks
