Leveraging options to integrate SAP BW to SAP C4C without mashups.

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to send sales data from SAP BW to SAP C4C connecting directly from BW tables to SAP C4C not using any mashups. Hence could anyone of you please suggest the possible ways.
