I Have a problem with SM35. When I manually process a session, I correct the data (example Tax code) and the session gets processed successfully .
In pre-prod system I can see the log in 3rd tab "Log Created on dd/mm/yyy".
But in production system, when I do the same thing , this tab is empty - nothing is shown in this tab.
Could anyone please help me to understand why the log is not created in Production system - Is there any settings somewhere which causes this situation ?
