SolMan 7.1 setup problem: Activate ESR

Hello experts,

I face a problem in SolMan setup activity Activate ESR (transaction ESR_ACT):

ESR: BI content data exchange setup is not successful.Extractor setup is not executed.

I have already activated Info cube 0SM_BPMRH as described in Setup Guide BP Analytics. Everything worked fine with the activation. But the problem still exists.

Can anybody tell me how to solve this problem or where I can find additional information why the activation was not successfull?

Hello,

Please access transaction RSA1 in the BI client. It will ask you to activate the content, choose activate only.

• if you didn't choose a different BI client, it is the same as the one you used in solman_setup.
