Hello to everyone,
Does anybody knows how we can avoid the IC Webclient of saving an empty Interaction Record or Service Ticket, when we click on "end button"?

check whether an interaction record is really needed:
in general suppresss the interaction record but in the special case,
that an e-mail or other office document has been selected, allow
<b>* the interaction record to be created</b>

I am very interested in this Issue, I wrote a OS'S message and SAP told me that this functionality will be availed in Version 5.0, that in Version 4 it is not possible.
I´am looking for a workaround is i have success i will tell you
