error when installing nw CE71

Hi,

I am installing NW CE71 and I have the following problem:

An error occurred while processing option SAP NetWeaver CE Productive Edition > Installation Options > Standard System > Standard System( Last error reported by the step :Cannot create the secure store. SOLUTION: See output of log file SecureStoreCreate.log: : [4844] 13:46:13 ***ERROR (os_win32.cpp:2942): os::create_control_area: Could not create file mapping (size=28896) (5) : [4844] 13:46:13 ***ERROR (controls.cpp:234): Controls::init: Could not create control area. Maybe old VMs are still running. : [4844] 13:46:13 ***ERROR (jvmEnv.cpp:545): VMCOs::init: Initialization of the control area failed : [4844] 13:46:13 ***ERROR (thread.cpp:3813): VMCOs::init failed Could not create the Java virtual machine..).

Someone could help me?

Hi John, thanks for the reply.

I'm trying to install NW CE7.1. When running SAPINST in 😧 \ NetWeaver \ 51036020 \ DATA_UNITS \ CE711_01_IM_WIN_X86_64_ADA and set parameters, it stops with the error message above.

I do not know if this is exactly what you wanted.

Problem solved.

Missing setup JAVA_HOME and PATH.
