Hi All,
When we refersh the Webi reports we are able to see the data, where a new user from infoview trying to refresh the report in some colomns "#error" is coming, please advise.

Thanks for your reasponse.
Here are the details:
Users are experiencing the "#error" when they are viewing/refreshing the Webi report from infoview. But where as it is working for other user on other machine.The problematic user tried to view the report from other machine and it worked for him.
So i can confirm the report is not working in that machine only for all the user logins.
Note : this is the first time the user is viewing the report.
I have checked the brower setting and java and it is same as the other machine.

Hi Venkat,
As you have checked that the issue is proper to machine, it means it's something in the browser or with java if you are in edit mode.
First check that the browser is supported with your version of BO or if you tell us your exact version of BO and of your browser, I can check for you.
Test with a different one also like firefox if you are using IE.
Test with a different display by going in the preferences > web intelligence like pdf for instance.
