Selections are missing with the resolution 1440x900 and not with 1280x800

Hi everyone,

Not sure if I'm in the right forum, but I'm wondering if anyone can help me or direct me to the proper one.

I'm using the transaction MCSI and executing a sales report, an when I select Switch Drilldown I don't see many selections at the end as usual Like (Size, Sleeve type, Sold-to-Party, Vendor, week, etc...), but when I change the resolution on my PC from 1440x900 Pixel to 1280x800 Pixel and go back to SAP and click on Switch Drilldown the rest of the selection appears but my screen resolution is too bad for my eyes.

Anyone have any idea abbout this if it is a OOS note or anything else?? or anyone saw this before!!!

Hello

Usually, the issue belongs to the application component area.

You can find the responsible component by entering the transction code into SE93,click 'Display' then double-click

on 'Package'.

In this case, it belongs to LO-LIS-DC.

The applications have to display with the minimum SAPGUI requirements which are shown in

That did it, thanks Jude,

I have followed the Steps in the note: Note 525936 - FAQ GUI in General and support strategy, and changed the SAP windows size to smaller and all the options appeared.
