Need your help find a solution for over time calculation. We have Actual OT and Payable OT. (OT payment will be double the normal wages) Actual OT is OT Attendance recorded over and above daily working hours(8 Hours) Payable OT is derived after analyzing whether staff members has recorded required 48 hours of weekly working hours or not. If 48 hr are not recorded till 48 hours OT payment will be single and after 48 hr payment will be double the normal wages. (during the working week staff member takes leave employer will consider single payment for OT attendance till 48 hr as require weekly working hours) Restriction on this is is if OT is recorded after normal daily working hours only 1 hour can be single payment to make up the loss productivity till 48 hours If OT is recorded during weekly off/rest entire 8 hours / or any balance remaining after deducting 1 hour per day will be considered as single payment to make good the loss of productivity. Possible in PCR ?
