Hi,

SAP_EMPLOYEE_ERP05* roles are standard roles for country specific functions. Please check the country grouping of the pernr for which you are trying to upload the photo.

Also please check if the authorization object PREL is included in the role SAP_EMPLOYEE_ERP05.

Regards,

Roy

please check the notes

857431 & 1129412

is it happening for all users?

If you have a working user, you can compare the roles with HRAUTH and assign the correct ones

as i already indicated to you, you need to assign correct roles

SAP_ESSUSER_ERP05: Single role, containing all non-country-specific

functions.

SAP_EMPLOYEE_ERP05_xx: Single role with the country-specific

functions. Each country version has its own

role (with xx = country ID). The corresponding

composite role is SAP_EMPLOYEE_ERP05.

Please refer to the note 857431 in this regard,

to trace the missing authorizations...open tcode ST01 and run a authorization trace there....

then replicate the issue....

Also check ST22 for any runtime errors.

Below are authorization objects generally required to access ESS/MSS applications.

s_service

s_rfc

p_pernr

plog

p_orgin

p_orgincon

p_hap_doc

See you have added them in user Role for ESS/MSS
