bex.jpgDear All,

I'm having a following issue

I want to present the totals in the node and the details in lowest node

I'm using BEx Query, With two Rows characteristics: Employee (Hierarchy), Project (normal) and KF as Hours

I'm struggling to achieve the same format as in the picture.

If I input the value in lowest level, i want it show me in top level as summation (totals)

I know there is a ROW/COLUMN (area) for Hierarchy, but, this is not solution for me.

Any tips so I can solve this as in the picture?

Cheers

Hi Pheno,

if you combine two char in two columns where the first char uses a hierarchy, the result will always be as you experience it in your picture.

if you want to see totals by project - eitheralso set this in the project char - the total will be shown in addition to the single values, or take the project out of the drilldown.

regards

Try creating a hierarchy on Project characteristic and call the top node - TOTAL.
