sapinst system copy - PSAPZ* tablespaces in DBSIZE.XML but not included

Hi,

I'm doing a system copy of a large BW system - just over 25 TB. The export has completed and now I'm looking at the import process using sapinst. The system is NW 7 Ehp1 and I'm using the installation master for his release level.

The source database was configured to have individual tablepaces for each country where all the specific BW data for that country was located.

When I get to the "Oracle Tablespaces" part of the sapinst import process I do not get the list of PSAPZ* tablespaces displayed in the list. The standard PSAP<SID>, PSAP<SID>701 , PSAP<SID>USR, PSAPUNDO , SYSTEM , PSAPTEMP etc are all listed with the ability to size and locate. The problem is the PSAPZ* custom tablespaces are the main locations used for the customer data.

The sapinst process read the DBSIZE.XML ok and I can see from the sapinst.log that all the custom tablespaces were read ok but lines in the log then appear to suggest that sapinst will ignore ;-

Can anyone suggest what could be wrong here and why the PSAPZ* tablespaces seem to be overlooked when sapinst is presenting the Oracle Tablepsace configuration.

Is my only option to manually add all these PSAPZ* tablespace entries (111 of them) into the Oracle Tablespace screen to enable these custoim tablespaces to be created by sapinst ?.

Regards,

Brian.
